Any person entering into said program does so at his or her own risk, impliedly accepts all risk involved and recognizes  ALL SHOOTING IS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS because of the use of firearms by shooters of varying degrees of proficiency and in consideration of entering into the Leon Measures Shoot Where You Look LLC (SWYL) program, I, as parent or guardian of any participating minor or as a participant myself , unconditionally hold harmless Leon Measures Shoot Where You Look LLC (SWYL) and the manufacturers of the equipment used, against any and all liability, cost, expense, claims, and damages for which Leon Measures Shoot Where You Look LLC (SWYL) and the manufacturers of the equipment used might otherwise become liable by reason of any accidents, or injuries to, or death of any persons. or damages to property, or both, in any manner arising or resulting, caused by, connected with, or related to Leon Measures Shoot Where You Look LLC (SWYL), regardless of how, where,  or when such injury, death, or damage occurs even if caused by negligence of Leon Measures Shoot Where You Look LLC (SWYL), its suppliers, agents, servants, or employees, or due to conditions or operations of or defects in the Leon Measures Shoot Where You Look LLC (SWYL) program.I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND UNDERSTAND ALL ITS TERMS.
